REFUNDS & RETURNS
The Vandal Store will accept refunds and returns under the following conditions:
- Textbooks: Customers can receive a full refund during the first 10 days of the semester. (Items ordered online
must be postmarked within the first 10 days of the term to be
eligible for a refund). New material must be returned in it's original condition. Shrink-wrapped items
can only be returned if unopened.
Items received that are not eligible for refund will either be issued refund at current buyback pricing or returned at the customers expense
- Study Aids, BarCharts and Test Preparation Manuals are non-refundable.
- Electronics are refundable ONLY in their original and unopened condition
- Apparel and gift merchandise must be in original, unused condition and may not have tags removed in order to be eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a traceable method of shipping (USPS with delivery confirmation, FedEx or UPS) as the store is not responsible for any items being returned if they are damaged or lost in transit.
